One Strong Community Program, established by Charles Laboy in 2017, is a vibrant and inclusive initiative that fosters positive development and creative growth for the residents of the Massachusetts gateway cities of Chicopee, Holyoke, and Springfield.

In 2022, Charles expanded the vision by officially establishing One Strong Community Program LLC, which now offers various services to support youth and adults.
The program encompasses state-licensed EEC after-school and summer programs that provide safe and enriching environments for children.
Additionally, One Strong Community offers high school students meaningful part-time jobs and internships, helping them develop valuable skills and explore career pathways.
The brand’s commitment to creativity extends to its online blogging platform, where members are encouraged to express their ideas, share experiences, and develop their voices. This platform serves as a creative outlet and a tool for personal and professional development, allowing members to connect with like-minded individuals and gain insights from community mentors.
Through a collaborative spirit and strong partnerships, One Strong Community organizes diverse workshops, game clubs, showcases, and other events designed to engage and inspire.
